Shipping & Delivery Policy
This website is operated by Ellel Ministries Australia Ltd. (also "Ellel Sydney"). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Ellel Sydney.
All orders received by us are shipped subject to availability.
PROCESS & DISPATCH OF ORDERS
All orders are dispatched within 3 business days of receiving your order during our business hours, which vary week-to-week depending on the events run at Ellel Sydney. Please contact us on (02) 4633 8102 or at firstname.lastname@example.org for details on our opening hours.
During peak times, sale periods or promotions, please allow additional time for your order to be processed (thank you for your patience!)
We reserve the right to ship products at a later date (up to 30 days after purchase) where the product ordered is not in stock at the time of purchase. In this situation we will let you know and ship the part of your order that is in stock. When the item/s becomes available we will let you know and ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling fees for the second shipment. If the item will not be available within 30 days we will contact you and offer a refund for the cost of the unavailable item/s.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of the order.
Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, here you are given the option to proceed with the order or to cancel it.
If you prefer to pick up items from our store, make sure you choose the option “Click & Collect” at checkout.
Please note that payment must be made online before shipping or collection of your order, unless special arrangements have been made with Ellel Sydney and at their discretion.

* Audio downloads are available worldwide. Customers from outside Australia only need to contact us about international shipping for products other than audio downloads.
Within 2 minutes of completing your purchase you will receive 2 separate emails. The first is confirming your order with us and the second email will contain a link to access your downloads.
CLICK & COLLECT (STORE PICKUP)
If this option is selected at checkout as the shipping method, your order will be available from 710 Moreton Park Rd, Menangle, NSW 2568 once you receive an email confirming your order is ready to be picked up (usually within 48 business hours).
Delivery with Standard Australia Post usually happens within 2-10 business days from time of dispatch (remote areas may vary). Please be aware that the delivery time frame may vary according to the area of delivery and due to various reasons, the delivery may take longer than the original estimated timeframe.
Please allow 5-20 business days from dispatch to International addresses. Delivery time may vary due to customs and processing systems.
We use Australia Post to deliver our orders so please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.
Should you require your order quickly, please contact the office as we can accommodate requests to use a courier, at your cost.
We cannot be held responsible for disruption to shipping caused by weather, accidents, emergencies, industrial disputes or action outside our direct control. If such disruption occurs, you will be offered delivery via an alternative delivery or fulfilment company or a refund for the products affected.
All freight and insurance costs are to be borne by the buyer and the buyer assumes any risk of loss, theft, damage or delay of goods during transit. Ellel Sydney will not be held responsible for orders lost, damaged or delayed in transit.
All items are sent in good faith by Australian Post’s postal service.
If a tracking number is supplied to us by Australia Post, we will inform you of the specific tracking number via email and/or on your Customer Account on our website.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & SHIPPING
For international orders, please contact us first with your enquiries and we will provide a quote based on quantity, destination and weight.
International orders will be held until we can send you all your items at once.
Deliveries to destinations outside Australia cannot be made to post office boxes.
If you are ordering a product from outside Australia you and/or the recipient of the product is responsible for all customs duties or tariffs incurred in the country to which the products are shipped. Furthermore, your order may be subject to delay or be opened and searched by local customs authorities when entering the destination country. Please note we are unable to provide specific advice on customs duties or tariffs.
All orders with an overseas delivery address are a firm sale and a store credit or refund is not available. Note that this does not apply to Damaged or Faulty Items
RESHIPPING & REDIRECTION:
If your order is returned to us by the delivery company due to incorrect or insufficient delivery details, you will be charged the cost of reshipping the order. Please note that if the delivery address is incorrect and the order has been shipped, depending on the delivery option selected we may not be able to change the delivery address until the order has been returned. Unfortunately, you will be liable for any costs incurred in return to sender parcels if the information you provided was inaccurate.
No refunds and no store credits are applicable if incorrect or insufficient information was given.
CURRENCY & PAYMENTS
All orders are processed in Australian dollars (AUD). All payments are billed in AUD. Currency conversions are set by your bank and any charges further to this will be made by your bank.
All prices are inclusive of GST for Australian customers. Prices for all International orders are GST exclusive.
When making a purchase from Ellel Sydney via the Site, if you are an Australian customer, and you would prefer not to enter your credit card details though the internet, you may contact us to arrange one of the following alternative methods of payment: providing us with your credit card details over the phone; faxing your credit card details to us or paying via direct transfer.
All payments must be received before orders are processed and shipped or available for collection.
